Silvia Garcia joined ISGlobal in 2025. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Development by University of London, which included a course on Global Health. She has ten years of work experience in UK (London), USA (San Francisco, CA, Washington D.C.), and Belgium (Brussels).

In 2021 she joined the HR Mobility sector in London. As Associate Mobility Specialist, she managed end-to-end corporate relocations of more than 300 employees (families, VIPs, groups) to the EMEA region. In 2024 she returned to Barcelona, determined to continue her career path in HR. She is passionate about HR and International Relations.
