We actively work to prevent any conduct that violates the law or our organization's values and that could put its reputation at risk. To achieve these goals, we have established a comprehensive compliance program that includes:
- Compliance Program: We have implemented a comprehensive management system to prevent and detect any illegal activities within our organization. This system includes policies, internal controls, staff training, and activity monitoring mechanisms.
- Whistleblower Protection and Reporting System: We have established a secure and confidential channel for anyone to report suspected irregularities, even anonymously.
We work collectively to ensure a transparent and trustworthy organization.
Who Can Use the Reporting System?
The Whistleblower Protection and Reporting System is open to:
- ISGlobal staff: Including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.
- Contractors and suppliers: Individuals or organizations providing services to ISGlobal.
- External collaborators: Volunteers, interns, and consultants.
- Anyone with knowledge of wrongdoing: Individuals with information about potential misconduct or irregularities.
What Can Be Reported?
Through the Reporting System, you can report any facts, actions, or omissions that may be considered:
- A crime: Any act or omission prohibited and punished by criminal law.
- A breach of European Union law: Any action or omission contrary to the rules established by the EU.
- An administrative offense: Any action or omission that, according to Spanish law, constitutes a serious or very serious violation of the legal system.

The following channels are available for reporting:

What are the requirements for reporting?
To ensure the effectiveness of the Reporting System, reports must meet the following requirements:
- Substantiation: Reports must be based on specific facts and circumstances that can be verified.
- Good faith: The reporter must act in good faith and without intending harm others maliciously or arbitrarily.
- Truthfulness: The information provided must be, to the best of the reporter's knowledge, as accurate and precise as possible.
Lack of substantiation, good faith or truthfulness in the information provided may lead to the dismissal of the report.
Guarantees of the Reporting System
Confidentiality and respect are fundamental principles that govern our Reporting System.
These guarantees aim to protect both whistleblowers and those involved in the reported incidents, and to foster a culture of transparency and trust within the organization.
To protect whistleblowers, we have implemented the following measures:
- Confidentiality: The identity of the reporter and the information provided will be treated with the strictest confidentiality
- Anonymity: Reports can be made anonymously.
- Presumption of innocence: The principle of the presumption of innocence of all persons involved in the reported incidents is respected.
- Protection from retaliation: All necessary measures will be taken to protect whistleblowers from any type of retaliation.
