Registration and submission of abstracts now open
The 19th Workshop on Chagas Disease will be held on 29-30 May 2025 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with a special focus on cardiomyopathy due to Trypanosoma cruzi infection. More details on the programme and participants will be available soon.
Just before the start, from 8:00 to 10:00, the Annual Meeting of the Global Chagas Disease Coalition will also be held. The agenda will be available soon.
Please complete the registration form to confirm your attendance at both the workshop and the Chagas Coalition meeting.

Registration for the 19th Workshop on Chagas disease is not open yet.
How do I access the online mode of the conference?
You will be able to access the event online through the event website. However, the access buttons and window to attend the conference will not be available until the days of the event (29-30 May 2025). The days before, you will find information and materials, such as the summary of abstracts, the programme or the people participating. Remember that in order to attend the conference, you must have previously registered.
Where will the conference be held in person?
In this edition, the face-to-face modality is only offered in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia). Note you can only attend in person if you have registered in this modality and the capacity is not full.
What do I do if I registered for the face-to-face modality and I cannot attend?
You will be able to attend the conference online. You can do so by accessing the platform enabled for the event. If you have any doubts about how to do it, you can contact the organization (tallerchagas@isglobal.org).
Will there be any kind of meeting in Barcelona?
Not on this occasion. But we will all be in touch through the online modality.
How to present an abstract at the conference?
Fill in this form after reading the requirements and guidelines for submitting an abstract on Chagas disease in all its aspects, and confirm that you meet all of them. Please note that at least one of the authors must be registered for the conference and that the deadline for submission is 28 March 2025.
