On the access to medicines and the current R&D model

The current biomedical research and development (R&D) model is failing to generate access to medicines, either because it is not invested in certain therapeutic areas or because innovations have exorbitant prices that are unaffordable both for the population and for their own healthcare systems.

The Science for Patients project is aimed to detecting opportunities which can help promoe a more transparent, responsible R&D model that involves a wider spectrum of actors, including professionals in the scientific field. When you are requested to provide personal data for the provision of services, you will be informed of what data you must provide.

If you do not provide this required data, we will not be able to provide you with the services.
