Albert Ros graduated in Biology in the Universitat de Barcelona in 2012 and pursued a Master's degree in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2016) and a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology by the Universitat de Barcelona (2020).

Starting as a biologist centred in biodiversity, parasitology and evolution, later he explored the world of corporate communication and science dissemination, working in communication departments in different research institutes of Barcelona. He recently switched back to science and focused on bioinformatics and computational analysis.

At present he is working in the Chagas biology laboratory at ISGlobal as a bioinformatics technician, working on several research lines.
