Nabila is a global health and development professional. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Rochester, NY, USA and a Master of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University, DC, USA.

She has worked across multiple sectors and countries, including the European Health Management Association (EHMA) in Belgium, and Pact Eswatini, an implementing partner for USAID.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, Nabila liaised in international health cooperation efforts, such receiving ventilators and PPE from diverse partners and representing the country in several regional and multilateral cooperation fora. Most recently, she worked at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance in the Office of the COVAX Facility, where she contributed to the COVID-19 vaccine programme and pandemic preparedness and response efforts.

She is currently supporting the research teams in communicating the impact of their work in society. She works closely with the communications and projects teams at ISGlobal.
