Francis Quist

Research Project Administrator

Francis Quist studied Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Sceince and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, graduating in 2015, and obtained his masters in Clinical Research: Internation Health from the University de Barcelona (UB), Spain in 2021.

He has been engaged in Non-communicable diseases research and Migrant health research with main focus on diabetes, hypertension and obesity among the Sub-saharan African migrant communities in Barcelona. He also participated in HBV-COMSAVA project in Barcelona, Spain, which set out to test for and vaccinate African migrants in Catalunya againts the hepatitis-B virus.
 
Francis Quist is currently the research project administrator for the TOLIFE project at ISGlobal set out to clinically validate an artificial intelligence (AI) solution to process daily life patient data captured by unobtrusive sensors to enable optimised personalised treatment, assessment of health outcomes and improved quality of life in COPD patients.
